If your team wins each game with probability p, and you treat the games as independent, the chance of winning all 17 is simply:

Why the real odds are even longer
This calculator assumes a constant win probability and independent games. Real football breaks both assumptions, and every way it breaks them makes perfection harder: fatigue and injuries erode you as the season wears on, a perfect record paints a target on your back, and a single letdown spot or a backup quarterback can swing one week.
